Dixon Wellness Collective opened in 2018 to provide members with the most comfortable and professional atmosphere to ensure an enjoyable experience.
Whether a medical patient or a recreational consumer, clients will be provided with comprehensive information on cannabis use and attentive assistance to help them find the right product for their needs. That’ in line with the company’s mission: To provide the local community with a wide variety of affordable cannabis options in a safe, positive and education-focused environment.

“When you visit us at Dixon Wellness you will be met by one of our friendly and knowledgeable counselors, who will be able to walk you through the process of finding the product that works best for you,” owner Haley Andrew says. “To be sure that our staff is up-to-date on the newest products and current research in the fast-paced and ever-growing cannabis industry, Dixon Wellness staff attends monthly educational sessions. These educational sessions ensure that our staff is effective in serving the needs of our members and provides the best experience for the customer.”
Andrew says her staff members are there for their customers, and their customers know this to be the case.
“The biggest compliment we receive continuously is regarding our staff. Most of the team has been with us from the very beginning,” Andrew says. “By treating our employees right, they in return give so much back to our customers. Without the team that we have behind us, we would not be voted No. 1 for the second year in a row.”
Education is continuously what sets Dixon Wellness apart for the collective’s customers.
“We want to ensure that our customers are learning from our staff, that our staff is taking the time to help educate our customers regarding the product they are purchasing,” Andrew says. “We never want our customers to leave our store feeling as though they are not fully sure of how to use the item they just purchased. With so much misinformation available to the cannabis consumer, it is vital to our success as an industry to have our staff well-versed on cannabis and its health properties. Customers come to us for guidance, and at Dixon Wellness Collective we thrive on ensuring we are able to give this guidance.”
That focus is for novice and veteran consumers alike.
“From the first-time user to the avid consumer, we are here to help,” Andrew says. “Our first-time customers always feel welcomed and we want to help guide you through proper use of cannabis. We want to help educate you on the health benefits of cannabis and what it can do for you.”
The medical aspect of the collective allows it to maintain operations during the pandemic.
“We have been deemed an essential business from the state of California and are following all Covid policies set forth by the health director,” Andrew says. “Our staff will be sure to help guide you through the processes of buying cannabis. There are many choices of how to use cannabis; let us help you through some of the decisions.”
